Dawit Teklehaimanot, DO, is a physiatrist and pain management specialist who has been in practice for more than 20 years. He offers integrative, personalized solutions for pain management and additional conditions to women and men in and around Oak Park, Michigan, at Physical Medicine & Rehab. 
Dr. Tek earned his medical degree from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines, Iowa. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. 
Dr. Tek provides rehabilitative care for muscle, bone, joint, and soft tissue injuries, repetitive use syndromes, and degenerative conditions. A compassionate, empathetic provider, he spends extra time getting to know his patients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and educating them about their health.
