Jack Ferguson, DDS

Holistic dentist Jack E. Ferguson, DDS, brings more than 35 years of experience in preventive, general, and biological dentistry to his self-titled practice, serving men, women, and families in Independence, Missouri, and throughout Jackson County.  
Dr. Ferguson obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. He subsequently completed advanced cosmetic dentistry training and studied under Dr. Hal Huggins, learning how to safely and effectively remove amalgam fillings. 
When he isn’t working with patients or developing treatment plans, Dr. Ferguson is passionate about augmenting his professional skills. He stays up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry and attends continuing education seminars throughout the year. Dr. Ferguson combines this training with the use of nutrition to assist patients in treating and preventing common oral health problems. 
Dr. Ferguson proudly holds membership in the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT). IAOMT works to provide safe dental procedures for patients. As part of his affiliation with IAOMT, Dr. Ferguson offers biocompatible dental materials, including zirconium dental implants.
