Kaisar received a Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas. He is a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants, as well as a Certified Medical Examiner for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

In addition to his expertise in cardiovascular disease, performing stress echocardiograms and pharmacologic stress tests, Kaisar specializes in a wide variety of medical services to find solutions to patient problems. He readily accepts challenging cases and finds great joy in helping these patients while continuing to grow as a medical professional.

Kaisar has lived in both Lebanon and France and is fluent in five languages (English, French, Spanish, Arabic and Lebanese). He was a volunteer with the Red Cross during the Lebanese Civil War. In his spare time, Kaisar is a classic pianist, enjoys traveling and is an avid reader of bionic medicine and science-related materials.
