Ms. Siegel earned her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in 1991 as a Cornell National Scholar in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations. She then earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania in 1994. Randi Siegel was awarded a Legal Writing Fellowship during her law school tenure.
