Teleah Phillips received her Bachelor of Science in Biology & Chemistry from Albion College, Albion, MI. She earned her Medical Doctorate from Michigan State University-College of Osteopathic Medicine, East Lansing, MI., and completed her internship and residency at Community Health Center of Branch County, Coldwater, MI.
For two years she served as associate director of the Albion Health Care Alliance, a non-profit community health organization. She has also participated in parenting enrichment seminars conducted in Albion by the Community Action Agency.
Dr. Phillips is a member of American College of Family Physicians, American Academy of Family Physicians, American Osteopathic Association, Christian Medical Association and Student National Medical Association.
Dr. Phillips joined Oaklawn Medical Group and became a member of Oaklawn’s active staff in 2016.
