History
Established in 1996.
The FloorWorks, began as "The House of Carpet" and has been the area's premier floor covering destination for over 39 years originally started by Mr. Irv Neuringer.
In December of 1996, Jeff and Cheryl Davidson purchased the business. They renovated the building and changed its name from "The House of Carpet" to "The FloorWorks". In 2002, a 3500 sf state of the art warehouse was built thereby doubling the total operating space to 7000sf.
In September of 2017, Jeff and Cheryl sold their business to a couple that they thought would have the enthusiasm and energy to continue to manage and grow The FloorWorks as they have for many years.
The new owners, Dylan and Eileen, moved to NH in 2014 from New Jersey and New York and were looking for an exciting new adventure. They plan to continue to sell flooring and counter tops and maybe expand in the future! They will continue to carry the same great products and great customer service that has come to be known over the last 20+ years.
