Together We Succeed is a platform which aims to engage young people with work experience and job opportunities within local small-medium sized businesses within local communities. The aim of Together We Succeed is to highlight the outstanding talented individuals that have the skills and qualities that could be of use to communities and small to medium sized businesses. It is well known that there are high barriers to entry in the job market for young people which leads to stagnated growth personally and professionally. As well as traditional small and medium sized businesses sometimes struggling to grow and develop for multiple reasons such as high recruitment costs and lack of employee retention. Together We Succeed is a platform that aids both young people and small to medium sized businesses to grow and develop with the mission to benefit the community and all involved.
