Boulder Valley Lactation

Boulder Valley Lactation offers caring and professional support to mothers and families to assist them on their breastfeeding journey. We provide in-home medical and emotional support to find out why your breastfeeding struggles are occurring at a root level. We help new mothers who are experiencing breastfeeding problems, such as latching difficulties, painful nursing, low milk production, and babies who aren't gaining enough weight.
Our founder, Kelly, is very passionate about helping families meet their breastfeeding goals as she personally understands what it feels like when you thought it would be easy and it's not. In addition to being a Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Kelly is also a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and a Certified Specialist in Orofacial Myology (CSOM). Both help her serve breastfeeding dyads in different ways. As an RDN, she is also able to help with diet, supplement, and gut recommendations that many breastfeeding moms and babies need. As a CSOM, she has extensive knowledge in suck training and relearning to use the tongue and facial muscles after a tongue tie release.
