K-Ten is De Soto's new luxury rental community. K-Ten is part of a locally owned, property ownership, management, and investment company. The developer, property management company, builder and all the individual owners have close ties to De Soto, Johnson County, and Lawrence.

By building, owning, and managing our properties in the same communities which we live and work we are able to provide superior tenant service and high-caliber residences at a fair value. All property decisions are made locally, allowing us to be responsive to tenant needs and concerns on a personal level and in a timely manner. We are not an out-of-town corporate owner disconnected from our residents and properties.
