Llanishen Leisure Centre

Better Llanishen Leisure Centre is based to the north of Cardiff and has recently undergone a major refurbishment of the gym and studios complete with top of the range Technogym equipment. The centre is also equipped with 12 Shapemaster Toning Tables. Unlike conventional exercise equipment, Shapemaster’s range of exercise equipment does not rely exclusively on muscle power but by an electronic power system enabling you to work passively or actively, depending on their ability. The centre boasts a fantastic swimming pool with wave machine and flume as well as a popular swim school for all ages and abilities.
