Welcome to Better Gym Brentwood. Our Better Gym membership let's you enjoy our state of the art 130 station gym, fitness classes, sauna and steam room. We're located at the heart of Brentwood, Baytree Shopping Centre. Our gym has a mixture of Hammer Strength & Life Fitness equipment, including cardiovascular machines, resistance equipment, free weights, dedicated stretching areas and the latest functional training equipment such as Escapes new TIYR's. We also have a sauna and steam room, plus a great range of fitness classes like Group Cycle, Yoga, Circuits, Power Pump and more, all included in your membership price. We have annual, junior, senior (over 60 years) and student membership options available, so there's never been a better time to join.
