Karen Brock

Karen Brock, CNM, W.H.N.P., was a labor and delivery nurse for 23 years before going back to school to receive her masters in nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She received a post Master's certificate in Nurse Midwifery in 2006. She has since practiced in hospital and birth facilities. As a midwife she believes and respects that pregnancy and brith are a natural and healthy process. She believes her role is to act as an educator, guide, and support system for women and their families so that they can actively participate in ther care.
