NCM Financial Services was founded in 1999 by Mr. Norris C. Ming. He is a retired U.S. Army veteran with 24 years of military service. He is licensed in all lines of insurance, and has earned the designations of Chartered Financial Consultant, (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and Life Underwriter Training Fellow, (LUTCF) from The American College. NCM Financial Services offers people in our community a full range of financial products and services.
