I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in both New York State and Maryland who has been trained in family systems therapy—helping individuals, couple and families within the context of your lives. Through a strengths-based, solution-focused approach I help individuals, couples or families gain better understanding of problematic interactions or stressors that are confronting you. I collaborate with you to help you discover the resources within yourself or your relationships to improve your situation. My practice is currently focused on working on relationship oriented issues. I specialize in couple's counseling. I also have expertise and experience working with divorce related issues--particularly helping with decreasing conflict for those struggling with coparenting effectively after divorce.
