Obici House sits at the end of a tree-lined one-mile long driveway overlooking the 18th green of Sleepy Hole Golf Course and the Nansemond River. This lovely property with glittering chandeliers, columns, stained glass windows, and unique hardwood floors is available for your private event. We provide chairs, tables, and dance floor for indoor events up to 150 people or you may host a tented reception overlooking the river for up to 350 guests. We are licensed to serve alcohol.
