Jay Silverberg is the founder of Silverberg Law Firm LLC. He has been in practice for over thirty years. He has been associated with, or a partner at, several major firms, and has been involved in a diverse array of matters. Jay handled a diverse array of corporate and business transactions, in addition to bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation.

Jay is a second-generation bankruptcy lawyer, and has been recognized in national publications such as Super Lawyers and Marquis Who’s Who, and has spoken on bankruptcy law issues at such prestigious forums as the American Bankruptcy Institute, the New York Institute of Credit and the New Jersey and New York City Bar Association.
