Horizon Primary Care

Horizon Primary Care, a primary care practice in Orlando, provides Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and Primary Care services. Our practice focuses on wellness, prevention, diagnosis and medical treatment for adults. As a primary care provider, we coordinate care with other medical specialists and serve as your advocate. Our providers and medical staff provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Each physician is Board Certified and has extensive experience in their specialty. Our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants consult the attending physician to provide consistent, evidence-based care.
