Hyperbaric Physicians of Georgia in Sandy Springs, a hyperbaric oxygen therapy clinic, began as a vision of providing non-hospital, independent hyperbaric ox2flygen therapy (HBOT) to patients that would benefit from the treatments. By avoiding the additional costs for hyperbaric chambers that are part of the Hospital Outpatient Department setting, our patients can get comprehensive wound care and other conditions that benefit from hyperbaric therapy for less than being treated in the HOPD setting. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a non-invasive medical treatment administered by delivering 100% oxygen at pressures greater than two to three times the normal atmospheric (sea level) pressure to a patient in a chamber.
