Our Story
UMPQUA VALLEY NURSING AND REHABILITATION CENTER has proudly served Roseburg and surrounding communities since 1950.

When you visit Umpqua Valley you’ll feel right at home from the moment you step inside. You won’t see patients, residents, or staff. You’ll see family working alongside each other, cheering each other on, and celebrating each other’s accomplishments. The comfortable atmosphere at Umpqua Valley is the perfect setting for your post-acute recovery. At Umpqua, you and your family will become part of a very caring team of people that will be there to help during your recovery. We are dedicated to providing for each resident’s total care, including physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs. We encourage and welcome input, involvement, and support from our residents and their families. Our goal is to help residents achieve their optimum level of function while simultaneously incorporating their rights to self-determination.

Umpqua Valley is located in the beautiful foothills of the valley, in a park-like setting, conveniently located off Harvard Ave. with easy access to I-5. Room selection includes private and semi-private bedrooms. The facility accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most insurance and managed health plans. On-site physician and nurse practitioner services are available.
