Our Story

Avalon Care Center at Northpointe offers both short-term and long-term placement for patients recovering from either an accident or injury requiring skilled nursing and/or skilled therapy care. We offer a 20 bed sub-acute unit with a committed team of nursing and physical, occupational and speech therapy professionals. We have a dedicated Medical Director and supporting medical staff that provides medical supervision and assessments at bedside. This dedication provides the patient with a continued focus on recovery and well-being while at Avalon Care Center. We provide the care and services necessary to help the patient make a successful transition home. We offer continued therapy support with our out-patient therapy services and our Keep Me Home plan.

Our goal is to provide an environment with comfort and compassion to support continued care and goals of each patient and family. We have the largest patient spaces in Spokane, with wide open day rooms and large spacious patient rooms. Both private and semi-private accommodations help our patients heal with comfort.
