Venture Forthe,Inc. is a provider under the Medicaid funded NYS Department of Health HCBS/Waiver Program for Individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury and Medicaid Funded Nursing Home Transition and Diversion Program. Within this program, Venture Forthe currently offers many different services including: Service Coordination, Community Integration Counseling, Behavior Counseling,Independent Living Skills Training and Home and Community Support Services. Additionally, Venture Forthe has a Structured Day Program at their Niagara Falls location.

As a New York State Licensed Home Care Services Agency, Venture Forthe contracts with other agencies to provide services that best fit the individual and also offers services on a Private Pay basis.

Under this program, Venture Forthe offers five services ranging from Nursing services, Home Health Aide services, Personal Care Aide services, Homemaker services and, Housekeeper services.
