George Robert Nahas, DO

George Nahas, D.O., is a board-certified medical oncologist at Baptist Health, specializing in bone marrow transplants for multiple myeloma, leukemia and lymphoma patients with high-risk malignancies.

After earning his medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Nahas completed his residency in internal medicine at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He then continued his medical training at University of Miami School of Medicine, completing fellowships in hematology/oncology and stem cell transplantation.

Dr. Nahas is also actively involved in clinical research, focusing on malignant hematology and cellular therapy. He is widely published in medical journals and has successfully written numerous research grants.

As a medical oncologist who treats patients with high-risk conditions, Dr. Nahas is profoundly aware of the impact his work has on the lives of his patients, and he is grateful for the opportunity to help.

In his free time, Dr. Nahas enjoys spending time with his family, working out and playing soccer.
