As he drove home from work one evening, Joshua Council, a single dad to three children, worried about what to make for dinner. Between homework, bath times and early bedtimes, cooking dinner was a nightly struggle. After too many buckets of chicken, pies of pizzas and fast food burgers, Joshua was inspired to create a restaurant with family-style meals to go. That day, Fabulous Dinners To Go was born.
