Comfort Dentistry: Gary Joh, DDS

Gary Joh, DDS, brings more than 31 years of experience in preventive, cosmetic, and general dentistry to Comfort Dentistry, with two offices located in Clinton Township and Shelby Township, Michigan, serving patients throughout Macomb County. 
Dr. Joh began his professional education at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor where he earned his Bachelor of Science. After graduation, Dr. Joh remained in Ann Arbor and enrolled at The University of Michigan School of Dentistry, one of the top three dental schools in the country. Dr. Joh excelled in the program and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1988. 
After earning his dentistry degree, Dr. Joh decided to continue augmenting his professional skills. He completed advanced training in sedation dentistry for comfortable treatments, non-surgical gum and bone treatment, early preventive orthodontic methods for pre-teenagers, and the latest in patient protection procedures. Dr. Joh has also trained under some of the leading cosmetic dentists in the United States.
At Comfort Dentistry, Dr. Joh works to provide a comfortable, welcoming, and anxiety-free atmosphere. He treats patients of all ages and offers traditional services such as cleanings and exams, as well as cosmetic dentistry techniques like teeth whitening, implants, veneers, and dentures. 
Patients of Comfort Dentistry can also access cutting-edge orthodontic treatments including Ortho-tain®, ClearCorrect®, and Six Month Smiles®. Dr. Joh offers conscious sedation dentistry and oral surgery including root canals.
When Dr. Joh isn’t working with patients, you can find him contributing his skills to dental mission works in foreign countries. Dr. Joh also enjoys photography and traveling in his free time.
Dr. Joh is a long-time resident of southeast Michigan. His wife’s name is Sarah and he has four children: Eric, David, Paul, and Rachel. Dr. Joh also has three grandchildren: Chloe, Ava, and Silas. He welcomes any man, woman, or family seeking improved oral health to Comfort Dentistry.
