Achieve Physical Therapy was founded by Cliff Lafreniere to provide outpatient physical therapy services in the Grand Forks, ND area. As an outpatient clinic, Great Plains specialized in the treatment of orthopedic injuries, with an emphasis on athletic injuries. They quickly gained recognition as a leader in treating sports-related injuries using new and innovative methods. They currently have a staff of 19 Physical Therapists, 3 Physical Therapy Assistants, 6 Athletic Trainers, 9 Exercise Instructors and a support staff of 19. We offer treatment options with a focus on treating chronic pain conditions, such as fibromyalgia, and continue to be a leader in fitness and physical therapy.
