Law Office of Rohan Hate

Rohan received his Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto in 2007 in political science and philosophy. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in the Silicon Valley, California in 2010. While at Santa Clara Law, Rohan was awarded the prestigious High Tech Law Certificate in Intellectual Property law. Rohan also attended Osgoode Hall Law School for his Masters in Law. Rohan was called to the Bar in 2012. He practices primarily in insurance litigation. He is devoted to fighting for the rights of his clients and strives to ensure they receive the appropriate compensation for all of their losses. Rohan’s practice is committed to all areas of personal injury litigation on behalf of his clients and their families who need guidance and support in navigating through the insurance claims process.
