I teach from my studio in Norwich at The Earlham House clinic.
I have been teaching since 2004 when I got my qualification in NYC (where I was living at the time) and teach Pilates Mat (various levels), Pregnancy, Post pregnancy, Mens only, Barre Pilates and Pilates Circuit classes as well as private and semi private sessions. I am a breast cancer exercise specialist with the pink ribbon program and also certified to help with pelvic floor health, menopause and diastisis recti issues.
