Steve P. Yu, MD

<p>A native of Los Angeles, Dr. Steve Yu has an undergraduate degree from UCLA. He received his M.D. degree from St. George's University and completed his residency training at Case Western Reserve University in 2008. Dr. Yu joins the UCLA Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology after spending four years in a busy multi-specialty group in Los Angeles, where he developed a practice encompassing all aspects of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has a special interest in advanced minimally invasive surgery, and has been awarded the Physician Excellence Award for providing outstanding surgical services.</p> <p>When Dr. Yu is not in the office or the hospital, he enjoys spending time with his two little boys. He has a personal interest in culinary arts and enjoys cooking for his family and friends. When Dr. Yu needs an escape, he turns to the ocean. He has been surfing and scuba diving since he was a child.</p>
