Jamie M. Polito, MD

Dr. Jamie Polito is a fourth generation Angelino and comes from a long line of �Dr. Polito�s� including her grandfather, father, uncles, and brother. She is a proud graduate of Immaculate Heart High School and Santa Clara University. She graduated in the top 10% of her class from Drexel University College of Medicine. She completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Colorado with a focus on Primary Care. After working in a small town in New Zealand for a year, Dr. Polito joined the UCLA team in 2009. She worked in a thriving practice on campus in Westwood for 7 years and transitioned to the UCLA Torrance office in 2016 in order to be closer to her new home in the South Bay.
Dr. Polito takes pride in her work as a primary care physician relishing in the role�s opportunities for relationship building, advocacy, and problem solving. She enjoys a wide variety of medical care with particular interests in preventative medicine and nutrition. She has a strong appreciation for the mind-body-spirit connection and does her best to practice medicine with an individualized approach.
Outside of the office, Dr. Polito enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, hiking, and playing the drums.
