Founded by Martin Simenc in 1997 with a mission to increase the quality of life for seniors and enhance their ability to live at home as independently as possible, Home Safety Services, Inc. has since helped over 30,000 clients throughout Northern California.
We pride ourselves in providing cost-effective, creative and attractive solutions to support the nearly universal desire to remain in our own homes for the rest of our lives (also known as “aging in place”). The industry now known as “Home Modifications” did not exist twenty years ago. Home Safety Services, Inc. was one of the first companies in the nation to focus on senior safety and home accessibility.
