Defy Cryotherapy and Float

Defy is a wellness studio designed to help people improve their circulation and overall health. We take a holistic approach to wellness and back it with science-based technologies. Before we offer treatments, our wellness specialists work with our clients in-depth to assess stress levels and health goals. From there, we offer a range of services to meet our clients' needs: a three-minute whole body cryotherapy session can help boost metabolism, decrease swelling in sore muscles or joints and drastically improved energy; or clients can relax and rejuvenate in saline float rooms that eradicate sensory stimuli of light and noise, helping to provide both physical and psychological relief.
