Located along John King Boulevard just north of Highway 66, Ladera will be the premier retirement community in Rockwall, Texas! Walking and fitness trails expand across acres of beautiful Texas hillside backing to a protected flood plain. The Hub (what we call an Activity Center) will feature an exercise room, a beautifully landscaped pool, and a lounge area complete with an outdoor grilling area.
