With a formal education in business and marketing, as well as previous contracting experience, I bring a unique "eye" when looking at homes and investments. As a licensed realtor, I have spent more than 6 years actively working to help clients buy and sell homes throughout San Diego County, as well as in the Los Angeles and San Luis Obispo County areas. With over $30M in sales, I have worked extensively with both investors and private parties alike. My experience with veterans, as well as an intricate knowledge of the VA loan process, has been a source of great satisfaction to me personally as well. I was born in the Los Angeles area and raised on the central coast of San Luis Obispo County in California. My rural upbringing played a key role in instilling in me the understanding that a tireless work ethic is key to any successful project. As the son of a teacher and school administrator who spent 37 years in the California school system, I was able to see firsthand the amount of work and self-sacrifice required for a career serving our youth, and in particular the demands of a career in our education system.
