Dr. Wrightson is a double board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation and interventional pain management specialist. He is one of the longest-standing pain management physicians in the state of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Wrightson and his team offer patient-focused diagnostics and customized treatment plans, including innovative treatments for back pain, neck pain, joint pain, headaches, and chronic pain.

Dr. Wrightson completed his Bachelor of Science at Hobart College in Geneva, New York. He earned his medical degree at the State University of New York (SUNY) Health Science Center in Syracuse, New York. 
Dr. Wrightson served two residencies, including one in anesthesia at the Albany Medical Center in New York, and one in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. 
Dr. Wrightson also completed rigorous fellowship training in sports, spine, and musculoskeletal medicine at the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in West Orange, New Jersey. He’s a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP).
