The family flooring business started in 1987 in Central Florida. With a focus on multifamily and commercial properties, the business quickly grew in size and reputation. Over the next 32 years, the family business expanded to locations in Tampa, Jacksonville, Miami, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Sarasota, and Fort Myers.
Donald and his wife Felise moved from central Florida, in 1997, to open up the Boca Raton, Miami and West Palm Beach locations to expand the family business. Their new venture in flooring would focus on multifamily apartment communities, office properties, and general commercial applications. The commercial side of the business continued to grow in size and reputation. CarpetTile became a significant component of their overall business. During this time Donald made a commitment to learning all there was to know about carpet tile.
