Kelly Cho Harris, MD

Dr. Kelly C. Harris is a General Surgeon practicing with MUSC Health Surgical Associates in Columbia, SC. He received his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Miami, Florida, and completed his internship and residency at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center/Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining MUSC Health, Dr. Harris was a General Surgeon with the Jackson Clinic in Tennessee performing a broad range of cases including breast, colorectal, hemodialysis access, vascular, endocrine, trauma, robotics, foregut, and more. Dr. Harris is trained and experienced in robotic surgery and is looking forward to pursuing the development of a robotic surgery program at MUSC Health. Prior to his role at Jackson Clinic, he participated in multiple medical mission trips including Guadalajara, Mexico, Managua, Nicaragua, and Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico}. When not in the office or operating room, Dr. Harris enjoys spending time with his family, running, cooking, soccer, and yoga. Dr. Harris is fluent in Spanish.
