he Taco Cielo story started in the spring of 2006 when we opened our first location in Lewisville, Texas. From the start, we knew we wanted to provide authentic Mexican cuisine that was unlike the usual Tex Mex versions found in the area.

Taco Cielo’s classical Mexican menu is filled with delicious items that come from years of changing and improving our popular recipes. We pride ourselves in combining fresh, local ingredients that mix together perfectly for a unique dining experience.
