I have over 30 years’ experience in the family services and legal fields, including representing clients in divorce, collaborative divorce, and other family law cases; and representing and advising clients regarding complex business, tax and real estate issues; and my former work as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist focusing on work with children, families and couples.

My practice now focuses on helping families in divorce and estate disputes resolve their matters outside court, without damaging litigation, through collaborative law or mediation; and estate planning for clients that focuses not only on the tax law issues, but also on planning that helps address and prevent the sources of future family conflict when a loved one becomes ill or passes away; helps be sure your children will be cared for as you wish in the event of your incapacity or death; and that seeks to help you leave for your family not only your financial assets, but also the life lessons and values that are important to you.
