Originally Founded as The Chocolate Mousse Pie Bar In 2011, Carson & Mary Mccabe Have Built the Pie Bar into A Local Staple. The Original Space On 50th Street in Central Lubbock Was the Start of Something Special. With Just A Handful of His Grandmother's Recipes, Carson & His Wife Wanted to put a Different Spin on Your Traditional Pie.

When You Enter the Pie Bar, You Are Met with Decadent Aromas & A Unique Style & Design toMake You Feel Welcome & Cozy. As You Approach the Bar You Will Have Plenty of Options to Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth. Our Staple & Trademark of The Pie Bar Is Our 'Build Your Own' Section. Just Choose Your Base, Choose Your Mousse Filling, Choose Your Toppings, & Voila! You Have Constructed Your Own Tasty Treat! For the Traditional Folks, We Have a Vast Assortment of 4" Mini Pies, Cheesecake Slices, & Whole Pies & Cheesecakes.
