We assist with the closing of permits on code violations throughout the state of Florida. For instance, if you build something illegally ( without getting proper permits ) we provide the plans and the licensing – everything in house – and deal with the inspectors for you to get your permit closed so you can go back to work or continue selling your property!

We’ve been doing this since 2010. Prior to 2010 a lien search was not required. Since 2010, the building dept includes the lien search when someone is buying a new property. When you do a lien search – they include the building dept now – are there any open or expired permits? – no one wants to close on a property that has open permits.
