Lisa's Dance & Exercise

Welcome to Lisa’s Dance and Exercise Company. An award-winning studio dedicated to helping children, teenagers and adults develop a love of dance while having fun and learning proper technique. We’re just starting our fall and winter Swan Lake session! The three to four year-olds will be beautiful Flowers and Cignets (baby swans) while 5-7 year olds will be Unicorns and Pixies. Other classes will be dancing to other Swan Lake songs and Christmas music as we prepare for our Swan Lake/Christmas recital on December 8. We would love for you to join us for a free trial.
