Terry’s real estate experience began in 1997. He spent 10 years as a Top Producer for two different firms. In 2007, Terry joined Keller Williams as a full-time Realtor®, but also spent over 6 years as the Danville Market Center’s Assistant Team Leader where he co-managed the Market Center and helped grow it into the #1 office in California and Top 25 in the Nation. During this time, Terry became known regionally as vital part of the company for his coaching and training skills. He continues to assist agents with contract questions and legal issues, teaching various classes and coaching new and experienced agents in growing their businesses all while maintaining his position as one of the Top 10 Agents in his office. Since 2017, Terry has re-entered the marketplace as a full-time realtor and was in the Top 50 for Individual Agents in the Nation for Keller Williams. It is his drive and passion for helping people that fuels his constant journey for growth. Originally a native of San Jose, Terry has lived in and around the Danville area since 1981. He graduated from Monte Vista High School in 1982 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State. He currently resides in Danville with his wife Kimberly, and sons Troy and Jet. He also has a daughter Erica and granddaughter Daphne and a son Jackson who is attending college. When he’s not working hard for his clients, spending time with his family, doing service work and playing tennis and golf are Terry's priority.
