Who We Are
Orchestrated Insurance opened its doors in 2017 under the name Kyle Bates Insurance Agency. Kyle Bates began the agency, bringing his experience as an insurance advisor and his connections to many large independent agencies to provide clients with comprehensive coverage. When Ken Schnurr joined the team in 2019, the name changed and the operations expanded. As a Certified Public Accountant, Ken’s background in public accounting, financial reporting and the insurance industry all play a role in the continued success of our agency.
