Shelley Walter has been helping Buyers find their Dream Homes and Sellers Sell for over 14 years. Prior to that her background she was in New Construction sales for a Custom Home Builder. She is a full-time agent and Great Customer Service is her goal! Shelley is a past Presidents Circle Honoree within the Coldwell Banker International Network.

She enjoys working with first-time home buyers, families that are expanding and empty-nesters looking to downsize. As a trained VA agent, she also works with all types of military personnel. She also works with several different relocation companies for those moving to town to start a new employment opportunity. Shelley lives in Ocean Pines, Maryland with her husband and rescue dog Angel. She enjoys reading, going to the beach and helping you find your new home!
