About Nagle & Associates, P.A.

Carl Nagle founded our firm and from day one, dedicated his practice to only helping victims of North Carolina car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents and other roadway collisions. As a former insurance adjuster, Carl handled claims for a national insurance carrier, and discovered that insurance companies willfully underpay accident victims on a regular basis. After graduating from University of Georgia law school with top academic honors, Carl went to work as an insurance defense attorney in Atlanta, Georgia.
