WHO IS MARK MORGAN ? I am a Full Time Real Estate professional, available 7 days a week. I moved to Florida in 1982 from Michigan and opened a painting and contracting company until 2000. In 1997 I decided to move into a new profession, helping people achieve there dreams of owning a home. I had a good back ground in the construction and maintenance of new and pre-owned property, so thought with my background, I would be able to assist people find there dream property for the best price possible. In 1997, I attended the IFRAC school of Real Estate and completed the course, then passed the state test to become a licensed agent. Shortly after I went back to school to complete my Post-licensing requirements. On December 11 1997 ,I joined the WILLIAMSBURG REALTY INC. team. For over 10 years from that point I was a leading top producer in our office and in the local 32821 area. After 13 years in the business, I was ready for the next step ! To become a Real Estate Broker. In 2010 I went back to the IFRAC School of Real Estate and pasted my brokers course and in 2011 passed the state test for my Brokers license. In 2011 I went back to school to complete my state education requirements to finish the Post-brokers classes. On October 15 2018 I opened my own office as Mark Morgan Realty LLC. Today I take great pride in being the best agent I can be, to serve and help my buyers and sellers achieve there dreams of home ownership. I will always give my undivided attention to everyone I work with and give them the First Class service they deserve.
