Rachal Brown, Au.D

Dr. Rachal Brown is an Audiologist at Monument Health Rapid City Clinic, 5th Street. Dr. Brown received her Doctor of Audiology degree from Pacific University in Oregon and completed her residency at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System in Las Vegas, NV. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology through the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association and is a Fellowship member of the American Academy of Audiology.

Dr. Brown became interested in audiology after her undergraduate advisor was recovering from a stroke and told her about the love and respect she had for the rehabilitation therapists who assisted in her recovery. She wanted to be able to make that kind of difference for someone else. The most rewarding part of her job is helping re-build and strengthen her patients’ relationships with their loved ones through better hearing. In her free time she enjoys the outdoors, exploring new places, and meeting new people through hiking, camping and traveling.
