Our twelve buildings, which are located in historic Fishkill, NY, are situated on a sixty acre site at the base of Fishkill Ridge, one of the most beautiful mountain ranges in the Hudson Valley. With such a tranquil setting, you will find it hard to believe that we are just minutes from Interstate 84, the New York Thruway, Beacon’s Metro North Train Station, the Taconic State Parkway, and Stewart Airport, making this a commuters dream. Shopping, banking, medical and dining needs can all be filled with just a five minute drive.

We offer small, medium, and large studios, as well as one and two bedroom apartments. Rent includes heat, hot water, and cooking gas, and can range anywhere from $740-$1,460 per month. We also have laundry rooms in each building, a sparkling pool, picnic benches with charcoal grills, horseshoe pits, and a playground for the kids!
