Offering extended hours and same-day appointments, Dr. Noorparvar provides preventive care as well as the diagnosis and treatment of chronic conditions and acute illnesses or injuries.

Dr. Noorparvar earned his medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine, NY State American Program, in Tel Aviv, Israel, and completed his internal medicine residency at Allegheny General and West Penn hospitals.

Dr. Noorparvar believes in a patient-focused approach when it comes to practicing medicine. This starts with listening to what the patient has to say and understanding where they are coming from. He believes that the patient is always the decision maker and that his job, as the physician, is to help them make the most informed decision about their care. This can be achieved by explaining possible treatments for a condition and outlining all potential costs and benefits.
