Animesh C Gour, MD

Dr. Gour received his medical degree from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College, Mumbai, India. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. He furthered his training with a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care at NYU Winthrop Hospital in Mineola, NY, where he was among the top fellows of the year.

Among his special interests are acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), EBUS for breast imaging, and critical care ultrasound. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Thoracic Society, and the American College of Chest Physicians. He has contributed to research abstracts in the fields of pulmonology and critical care.
